Update: New from old: resource efficiency through remanufacturing

The Resource Efficiency Center of the Association of German Engineers (VDI ZRE) has released a new film on remanufacturing showcasing how small and medium-size companies can save materials and energy by reconditioning old components. The film features Hermanns Fahrzeugtechnik, who remanufacture engines, rear axles and transmissions, and Lorenz GmbH & Co. KG, who give a second life to water meters.
